Johanna has more than 15 years of experience in advising on legal matters in relation to intellectual property law, including trademark filing and prosecution as well as infringement of patents, designs and trademarks. Additionally, Johanna advises on strategic issues in relation to intellectual property law and assists in drafting and reviewing of contracts.

Johanna graduated from the University of Uppsala in 1990 as a candidatus juris (Bachelor’s degree in Law) and has since then worked within the field of intellectual property law.

Johanna is also a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney.

In addition to her work as an attorney at Zacco, Johanna is frequently engaged as a lecturer within the area of intellectual property law and strategic issues in connection therewith. She is also a partner in Zacco and a member of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR).
